In this respect, therefore, important measures can be put in place, where modifications and improvements can be made on the engineering solutions and the roadway designs. The move to design intersections for the purpose of encouraging correct roadway behaviors is important for both the cyclists and pedestrians in the dramatic reduction of accidents in the city.
